Request data deletion

How to submit your request

Email us at veanknaturals@gmail.com from the email address used for your account or order. Use the subject “Data deletion request”.

Include enough information for us to find the correct customer record:

• Your full name
• Your phone number in Pakistan format, for example +92 300 1234567
• Your order number, if available

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and may ask you to verify your identity before we change or delete any records. This protects your account and order history from unauthorized requests.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize customer profile details, saved contact information, marketing preferences, and related WhatsApp communication records where deletion is permitted.

Information we may need to retain

Some order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may need to be kept for legal, accounting, or security reasons. We limit retained information to what is required and do not use it for marketing after your deletion request is completed.
