Ordering

You can order as a guest and create an account later. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Placing an order creates a reference; fulfillment depends on stock, applicable payment confirmation, and our acceptance. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund of the payment we received for it.

Price and payment

Product prices are in the listed currency, usually PKR. Delivery charges, any free-delivery minimum, and optional fees appear before you place the order. The free-delivery minimum applies to the merchandise subtotal, not membership or gift-packing fees. Discounts and credits are rechecked against current server records; the accepted order total is final. If a displayed estimate changes, understand the reason before completing payment.

Only payment methods enabled at checkout are available. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier. Bank transfer needs staff verification. A saved WhatsApp order still requires you to send the prepared message yourself. Online payment, when available, is complete only after the gateway confirms it.

Product information

Read the current listing for size, preparation, availability, and any recorded batch or origin details. Supplier identities may be private. Natural honey can vary in colour, flavour, and crystallization; this does not remove your rights if an item is defective or not as described. See Shipping & Returns for delivery and return steps.

Bulk orders and reviews

A business enquiry requests a quotation, not an accepted bulk order. Our team agrees price, quantity, delivery, and payment separately. Reviews must reflect your own experience; spam, abusive, or unrelated submissions may be declined.

Problems and rights

Contact us with your order reference if something is missing, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable laws of Pakistan govern these terms. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the version shown when you ordered applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
