Terms of Service

There’s no online payment gateway on this site. Every order goes through one of two manual paths: a prefilled WhatsApp chat you send yourself, or a bank transfer where you upload your payment slip and our team verifies it — usually within 24 hours. Placing an order isn’t a guarantee of acceptance; we may decline or cancel one (for example, if stock ran out or payment can’t be verified), and we’ll reach out using the contact details you gave us if that happens.

Prices are shown in the currency listed on each product (typically PKR) and can change without notice. A coupon or automatic offer applied at checkout is re-checked against the current cart on our server before it’s accepted — the discount shown in your cart isn’t final until your order is placed.

We deliver nationwide by courier. See Shipping & Returns for timing, tracking, and what happens if something arrives damaged.

Every jar is traced to a batch, beekeeper, and region — that traceability information is provided in good faith by our beekeeper network. Honey is a natural product; colour, crystallization, and flavour can vary batch to batch even for the same product listing, and that variation isn’t a defect.

The retailer inquiry form starts a conversation, not a binding order — wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, and terms are agreed directly with our team once we respond.

A review you submit must be your own honest experience with the product. We moderate every review before it’s published and may decline to publish one that’s spam, unrelated, or abusive.

We aren’t liable for delays or issues caused by the courier once your order has shipped, or for any indirect or consequential loss connected to your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where our beekeeper network and fulfillment are based.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update — continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the current version.
