Shipping & Returns

Processing and delivery

Stock and payment are checked before dispatch. Bank-transfer slips need staff review. For WhatsApp-assisted orders, our team confirms payment and delivery details with you. Placing an order does not mean it has shipped.

Delivery is PKR 200 and is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Delivery is free when the honey merchandise subtotal reaches PKR 5,000; membership and gift packing do not count toward that threshold. We arrange courier delivery across Pakistan. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days after order confirmation, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee. When a tracking number is added, use Track order with your reference and phone.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Please contact us or start a return within 48 hours of delivery if an item is broken, leaking, missing, or incorrect. Keep the item and packaging and provide photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This request window does not remove rights available under applicable law.

Change of mind

For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. A food jar must be unopened, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. Wait for return instructions before sending it. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; after receiving and checking the item, we refund the eligible product price. Opened food cannot normally be returned for a change of mind, but a defective or misdescribed item is handled separately as above.

Refunds and bulk orders

Refunds are reviewed, then arranged by an appropriate method for the original payment; provider processing times vary. Contact us with your order reference for an update. Bulk-order delivery and return terms are agreed separately before a bulk order is accepted.
