Your choice to order as a guest

Veank Naturals lets you order without creating an account. If you create one later, our authentication provider handles sign-in and password recovery. Contact us using the option at the end of this page if you have a privacy question.

Information we use

• Order and delivery: your name, phone, address, city, selected products, payment choice, notes, and email if you provide it. We use them to process your order, contact you, arrange delivery, handle returns, and keep transaction records. A WhatsApp checkout saves the order here; opening the prefilled chat does not send a message until you press Send.
• Account and contact history: an optional account stores details for future orders. We retain phone numbers used on customer records and orders for service and record accuracy. Sharing a phone number does not prove that two customers are the same person.
• Payment: a bank-transfer slip is stored privately for staff review. An enabled online gateway handles the payment you choose; we keep a transaction reference and payment status, not your full card credentials. Cash on delivery is paid to the courier.
• Other requests: we keep information you submit for business and bulk-order enquiries, reviews, restock requests, or a server-saved wishlist. Reviews are moderated before publication. Your device-only cart and wishlist use browser storage.

Service messages and marketing

We may contact you about an order, payment, delivery, or return. If you separately choose WhatsApp order updates, confirmation and dispatch details may be sent manually or by an enabled provider; that choice does not authorize promotions. An optional purchase-frequency answer or a phone number alone is not marketing consent. Promotional campaigns should only use contacts with the required permission and must respect an available opt-out. Restock requests are saved, but automatic restock alerts are not currently active.

Cookies and sharing

Your cart and device wishlist use browser storage; language and sign-in use cookies. Enabled analytics or advertising tools are subject to the site's consent controls. Our hosting and database provider, courier, your chosen payment provider, and configured email or messaging providers may process the details needed for their services. Some providers may process data outside Pakistan. We do not sell customer contact lists.

Keeping and correcting information

Order and payment records are kept for business, accounting, disputes, and legal needs; completed transactions cannot always be deleted immediately. Other data is kept while needed for its stated purpose. Contact us to ask what we hold, correct it, request deletion where possible, or stop optional marketing. We may verify your identity before changing an account or order record.
